Change, In Her Hands. is a Change Logic social-impact initiative focused on creating practical pathways for women to rebuild professional confidence, develop workplace readiness, and access the skills, networks and opportunities that support greater economic independence.
It began as a Change Logic Women's Month idea. It has since become something more deliberate: a standing commitment, built to continue well beyond a single day or a single month.
How it started
Change Logic wanted to do something that went beyond a once-off donation or a Women's Month celebration.
We connected with Ladies of Hope, an organisation supporting women recovering from gender-based violence (GBV) and rebuilding their lives and independence.
The original idea was to spend a day helping a group of women prepare to re-enter the workplace. As the initiative developed, we realised one day wasn't enough — so we built a framework designed to outlast it.
We don't change her.
We change what's available to her.

Who is Ladies of Hope?
Ladies of Hope supports women recovering from gender-based violence (GBV) as they rebuild their lives and work towards independence. Change Logic has partnered with Ladies of Hope because sustainable independence depends on more than a single intervention — it depends on ongoing access to skills, networks and opportunity.
Every lady's stay is a 6-month journey.
Each woman who joins the Ladies of Hope home commits to a six-month programme of safety, healing and rebuilding. Only two pro bono places are available every six months — every other place is funded at R1,500 per month, per lady.
You can sponsor a month, or cover a lady's entire six-month journey for R9,000 — giving her the time she needs to rebuild, without the pressure of a ticking clock.

Help Ladies of Hope double their capacity
Ladies of Hope can currently house 11 women at a time. Through this campaign, we're raising funds to double that capacity to 22 beds — funding additional bunk beds, practical household items, and the everyday needs of the women in their care.
